前香港仔消防局改商貿

　署向城規會建議修訂《香港仔及鴨脷洲分區計劃大綱核准圖》，涉及將位於業勤街及黃竹坑道的前香港仔消防局，由現時的「政府、機構及社區(1)」用途，改劃為「其他指定用途(2)」註明「商貿」，日後可作商業或酒店等用途，相關改劃建議今日於城規會審議。

　另外，同區漁暉苑天暉閣及毗鄰的漁光道體育館(部分)，亦因應現狀，由「政府、機構或社區」改劃為「住宅(甲類)」，並將高限由5層修訂為120米。

恒地新地米埔地盤料通過

　市傳由恒地或新地等持有的元朗米埔地盤，相信今日會獲城規會通過。項目位於錦繡花園及竹園村之間，修訂方案地盤面積增加6.4%至666,808方呎，總樓面增至148,997方呎，平均單位面積增加至1,999方呎。

　另外，「殼王」陳國強與邵氏主席方逸華2011年投得的西貢酒店地，申放寬地積比率及上蓋限制，以興建3幢酒店連商業設施，共涉28.97萬平方呎樓面，相信將通過城規會。
