利寶大廈高層實呎269以$300萬沽出

祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前分行錄得一宗利寶大廈的買賣成交個案，成交單位為高層B室，實用面積269平方呎，新買家遂便決定以$300萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$11,152，屬市價成交。

原業主於2014年以約$195萬購入，持貨近9年，轉手帳面獲利約$105萬。
