祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前錄得一宗利寶大廈獲區外首置客的買賣成交個案，上述所錄成交單位為高層C室，實用面積234平方呎，一房一廳，以$255萬購入上址作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價為$10,897。

原業主於2017年以約$301萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$46萬。
