冠華鏡廠申改建商貿大廈

鏡廠大廈，再次向城規會申請在現時「工業(1類)」地帶上，擬議商業用途，申請將現時整幢大廈改建以經營商店及服務行業、辦公室、訓練中心及食肆。

地盤現址約52,905方呎，改建後現時5層高的大樓將維持現有的總樓面，即不多於17.75萬方呎。翻查資料，冠華鏡廠2010年曾經申請重建商廈，當時建議全幢拆卸重建，興建1幢23層的大廈，總樓面達264,530呎，但申請人後來撤回申請，與舊方案對比，這個5年後再次呈交的新方案，總樓面減少32%。

屈臣氏中心改建遭反對

長實葵涌工廈屈臣氏中心，早前申請改建為一幢連地庫在內共22層高的多用途商業大廈，總樓面約67.61萬方呎，諮詢期內收到36個意見，全數反對，有工廠租戶擔心造成交通壓力又認為工廈使用率高，不適宜活化。
