廠家謝榮傑奪赤柱地

　赤柱海風徑地皮共接獲9份標書，包括長實、信置、英皇、第一集團等中至大型發展商，結果由出口北美時裝廠家謝榮傑以1.2111億元投得，此地皮約6,622呎，指定作住宅丙類用途，地積比率0.75倍，可建樓面約4,967呎，建築物高度不超過3層，屬望海景靚地，相當於樓面地價24,383元，比市場預期低於1億為高，反映豪宅有承接力。資料顯示，謝榮傑於赤柱海風徑已持有物業。

興業5500萬下限價中標

　西貢甲邊朗地皮則因為有斜坡問題，亦接5份標書，入標財團包括長實及信置等，結果由香港興業以5,500萬元投得，低於市場預期下限。此地盤面積約18,654呎，作私人住宅用途，地積比率0.2倍，可建樓面3,731呎，樓面地價14,741元一呎。
