兆邦苑中層3室月租$1.1萬租出租金回報率2.6厘

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前分行則錄得一宗兆邦苑的租賃成交個案，成交單位為中層3室，實用面積566平方呎，三房兩廳，單位內附企理裝修，內籠寬敞，以月租$1.1萬(不包括差餉、地租、管理費)租入，並預繳一年租金，以實用面積計算呎租$9.4。

黃氏續稱，如以單位市價約$500萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率達2.6厘。
