美聯物業-陳鋒董事表示，成交單位為元朗Yoho Town 8座中層C室，實用面積461平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，原業主最初開價$620萬，買家為本港用家，議價$29萬後以$591萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$12,820。

資料顯示，原業主2010年以$263.8萬購入單位，持貨15年，帳面獲利$327.2萬離場，單位期內升值約1.2倍。
