美聯物業 - 張國成經理表示，3月至今元朗 Grand Yoho 暫錄3宗買賣成交，該行最新促成 10座中層 E 室成交，單位實用面積519平方呎，屬2房間隔，實用呎價約$13,834。

據悉，單位早前以$750萬放售，獲同區上車客洽詢，雙方議價後以$718萬成交。原業主於2016年以約$819.7萬購入，持貨9年，帳面蝕逾$100萬離場。
