元朗譽88 1座高層3房戶 雙方協商後以$2.1萬達成租賃協議

美聯物業 - 王偉健經理表示，區內三房租盤短缺，有家庭客在看房半小時後即決定承租。該行最新促成元朗譽88的一宗租賃交易，家庭客在看房半小時後以$2.1萬成交。

王偉健表示，成交單位為元朗譽88 1座高層C室，實用面積為716平方呎，採用3房設計。業主原本以$2.3萬放租，但由於三房類型的租盤在本區相對稀缺，一位家庭客在短短半小時內決定承租，最終雙方協商後以$2.1萬達成租賃協議，實用呎租約為$29.3。

根據資料，業主於2013年購入該單位，當時的購價為$733萬。依據目前的租金水平，業主的年收益率約為3.4厘。
