美聯物業元朗YOHO MIX分行高級營業經理林曉丹表示，該行促成元朗朗怡居一宗成交，成交單位是元朗朗怡居5座低層兩房F室，實用面積531平方呎，建築面積670平方呎，買家斥資$695萬購入，實用呎價約$13,089。

原業主於約2012年9月以約$309萬購入上述物業，持貨至今帳面獲利約$386萬，物業升值逾1.2倍。
