元朗朗庭園5座低層以$546萬成交

美聯物業元朗大馬路分行(6)營業經理黃嘉俊表示，該行日前促成元朗朗庭園二手成交，成交單位為朗庭園5座低層E室，實用面積約424平方呎，建築面積約565平方呎，向東南，原業主早前叫價約$580萬放售單位，雙方數度議價後，終以$546萬成交，實用呎價約$12,877，建築呎價約$9,664。

資料顯示，原業主於2006年5月以約$131.8萬購入上址，轉售帳面獲利約$414.2萬，期間物業升值逾3倍。
