美聯物業元朗尚悅分行聯席區域經理張瑋津表示，該行新近促成元朗尚悅嶺1座低層C室的兩房單位，實用面積370平方呎，原叫價$560萬，成交價$530萬，實用面積平均呎價$14,324。

據悉，原業主於2019年3月以$550.2萬購入物業，持貨逾3年，賬面虧蝕$20.2萬，期內物業下跌約3.7%。
