元朗原築獲上車客以$399萬即睇即入

美美聯物業-張國成經理表示，該行剛促成元朗原築一個2座中層D室單位，實用面積約450平方呎，獲上車客以$399萬即睇即入市，實用面積平均呎價約為$8,867。2017年6月貨轉手帳面蝕讓約$101萬。屋苑本月至今暫錄得約2宗買賣成交。

張國成指出，上述成交單位為兩房戶，買家鍾情屋苑為新鴻基地產品牌，單位景觀開揚，而且內籠企理新淨，原業主近期叫價約$430萬，議價後以低於$400萬成交，僅需$100印花稅，故即睇即買。資料顯示，原業主於2017年6月以約$500萬購入單位，持貨8年，是次轉手帳面蝕約$101萬，或貶值約20%。
