由富臨集團（1443）創辦人兼主席楊維或相關人士持有的大圍橙色空間全幢工廈，據悉以約5億元易手，折合平均每平方呎約2,117元。消息指，該物業今年2月曾以7億元作招標意向價，較2013年購入價4.98億元高出約2.02億元，升幅逾四成。

上述物業位於大圍成運路2至8號，樓高9層，總建築面積約236,148平方呎。大廈配套完善，設有3部電梯，地下樓底特高約5.4米，並設有可供40呎貨櫃車出入的車位。地面車路可直達1樓停車場，全層共提供18個貨車停泊位。大廈外牆另設三塊大型廣告牌，現時由知名租戶使用，包括電動車品牌比亞迪及跨境網購轉運商Buyandship。
資料顯示，上述工廈於2013年由楊維或其相關人士以4.98億元購入，是次交易面僅賺200萬元，近乎平手離場。
