香港文匯報訊俊和發展（0711）與港鐵（0066）達成協議，以3.538億元出售清水灣道8號商場匯八坊予資深商廈投資者廖創興家族成員廖湯慧靄及廖偉麟，該商場總樓面約4萬方呎。俊和所得款項用作償還貸款及作一般營運資金，交易預期於2014年6月13日或以前完成。
