Easyknit Group's Paxton in 313 Prince Edward Road West Ho Man Tin announced the first price list at market level yesterday, including 30 units, at sale prices from HKD 25.404 million to HKD 56.234 million, with average sq ft price at HKD 28,000. Developer provides 11% privileges at the most to first housing people and 12.5% at the most for house changing customers, while first three company name buyers or foreign purchasers will earn 14% discount at the most, with the lowest average sq ft price after discount at about HKD 24,000, similar to price of DUNBAR PLACE in nearby (its sq ft price is between about HKD 22,000 and HKD 25,000). The first 30 units of Paxton take 60% of the total, in usable areas from 935 sq ft to 1,813 sq ft and layouts from two rooms (one suite) to four rooms (three suites), which are located in 2nd to 18th floor, and their prices are from HKD 25.404 million to HKD 56.234 million, with average sq ft price at about HKD 28,000, Guan Kexin who is the Executive Director of Easyknit Group expressed. House changing customers enjoy extra discount. Besides, City Point sold 4 units, while The Avenue, The Summa, Winfield Building, Billionnaire Avant, the Reach and Harmony Place each sold 1 unit. Yesterday, Sun Hung Kai's Riva in Yuen Long put on sale parking spots by two batch to their property owners, and totally 38 parking spots were sold.
