佐敦AVA62 商舖加價5%推

香港文匯報訊美聯旺舖高級區域營業董事梁國文表示，資深投資者盧華家族發展的佐敦上海街62號AVA62，日前加價5%放售項目五個商用舖位。

上述五個待售舖位位於項目地下及二樓，面積303平方呎至1,439平方呎。其中，地下當中面積最小約303平方呎的1及2號地舖，現時意向以約2,068萬元放售，每平方呎叫價約68,250元。至於項目佔地最大的1號地舖，面積約1,439平方呎，現時約9,240萬元出售，折合每平方呎叫價約64,211元。二樓舖位面積最小約371平方呎的1號舖位，入場門檻約為662萬元。據了解，項目地下面積約355平方呎的5號舖位，早前獲買家以約2,300萬元承接，每平方呎造價約6.9萬元。
