住宅車位買賣21月新高

香港文匯報訊 大型屋苑車位拆售,加上二手車位需求殷切,中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇昨日指出,9月整體住宅車位買賣合約登記(包括一手及二手)錄得926宗,總值10.59億元,較8月的917宗及7.20億元,分別上升1.0%及47.1%,齊創二十一個月新高。

按季方面,第三季整體住宅車位買賣合約登記錄得2,518宗,總值23.98億元,較第二季的1,432宗及15.04億元,分別大升75.8%及59.4%,創七個季度新高。

一手車位方面,上季買賣合約登記錄得1,287宗,總值13.76億元,較第二季上升1.4倍及75.7%,創七個季度新高。至於二手住宅車位同季買賣合約登記錄得1,231宗,總值10.22億元,按季上升38.2%及41.7%,較一手買賣失色,但仍同樣創出七個季度新高。

康景樓上季506宗最多

在分區統計方面,第三季九龍區錄得1,144宗住宅車位買賣登記,總值13.13億元。新界區錄1,042宗,總值7.70億元。香港區錄332宗登記,總值3.14億元。期內,買賣登記最多屋苑是新蒲崗康景樓,錄得506宗,總值4.07億元。其次是柯士甸站Grand Austin,錄得262宗,總值4.67億元。元朗爾巒錄217宗,排名第三位,總值2.17億元。
