伍冠流沽屯門舖賺19倍

香港文匯報訊　盛產舖王的銅鑼灣近日租金大跌，不少投資者即轉投民生區，資深投資者伍冠流早着先機，2007年以低價5萬元買入屯門龍門居街市一地舖，近日以102萬元賣出，勁賺19.4倍。據悉，該單位實用面積為102呎，向內街，賣出前租戶經營中藥材，以每月2,500元租出。

此外，資深投資者陳秉志、蔡志忠及羅珠雄再度攜手，斥資3,000餘萬元購入新蒲崗地舖。香港置業至尊旺舖助理營業董事吳嘉寶表示，該行剛促成一個爵祿街啟德工廠大廈第二期B2及B2A相連地舖買賣成交，兩舖位成交價約3,200萬元。成交舖位面積約2,600方呎，現時舖位分別租予五金行及韓國餐廳，每月收租合共約5.25萬元。
