今年工商舖註冊量

早前,林氏就以約1.8億元,向鄧成波購入大角咀恒昌中心工廈一籃子單位,面積合共約50,848方呎,呎價約3,000多元;該廈及至日前拆售,至今共沽出30多個單位;此外,他新近又以2.38億元,購入元朗青山公路65號豪景商業大廈9成業權,涉及面積約28,752方呎,呎價僅8,278元,上月向市場拆售。

林氏旗下瓣數亦涉及寫字樓項目,去年他與另一投資者「磁帶大王」陳秉志合資約6.338億元購入葵涌威信物流中心,二人各持一半業權,及至今年上半年以約9.338億元售出,持貨7個月穩升3億元。

料明年街舖價格回穩

林子峰對記者坦言,今年的確較往年少有商場拆售,就連零售街舖吸納亦放緩,零售吹淡風是主因之一,於是轉向投資其他項目,「咩貨都做」。不過他仍會吼準一線街舖入貨機會,並預計明年5、6月街舖價格及租金有望企穩。
