香港文匯報訊　舖位交投暢旺，不少長情業主趁旺市放售物業。美聯旺舖高級區域營業董事伍賢明表示，灣仔交加街10-12號富榮閣地下H2及J舖，面積約300方呎，目前連租約以3,300萬元放售，折合每方呎約11萬元。

上述物業由業主持有逾30年，早年曾作自用，其後將地舖租予蛇羹店，至今已連續租用近三十年，屬長情穩健租客。目前每月租金約6.5萬元，租金回報約2.4厘，新租約期至2020年3月。
