二手公屋上季買賣2.56億創新高

據中原地產研究部資料顯示，第三季二手公屋買賣合約登記錄得154宗，總值2.56億元，較第二季的104宗及1.81億元，分別上升48.1%及41.4%。公屋買賣金額是創2000年第三季有記錄以來的十三年按季歷史新高，而宗數是創2010年第四季190宗後的十一個季度新高。顯示第三季期間白表客湧入居屋市場，刺激公屋居民的入市意慾，帶動二手公屋交投顯著上升。

龍達樓售295萬最勁

統計顯示，第三季累積錄得148宗一百萬元或以上的二手公屋買賣登記，其中達二百萬元或以上的錄得31宗。第三季登記金額最高的是7月份黃大仙下村龍達樓20樓單位，錄295萬元。其次是8月份黃大仙東頭村貴東樓13樓單位，錄255萬元。8月份粉嶺華明村耀明樓21樓的單位錄251萬元，位列第三。

另外，第三季買賣登記宗數最多的公屋屋村為青衣長安村，錄14宗登記，總值2,319.8萬元。沙田恆安村及沙田耀安村各錄9宗，並列第二位，分別總值1,450.5萬元及1,422.4萬元。鴨脷洲利東村、黃大仙竹園北村及粉嶺祥華村各有7宗，分別總值1,424.0萬元、1,155.0萬元及1,060.5萬元。
