香港文匯報訊 (記者梁悅琴) 大鴻輝集團於去年11月以約16.8億元買入的油麻地彌敦道555號九龍行，昨日盛傳成功以公司股權轉讓形式易手，成交價約21億元，但未正式動筆簽名落實。

該整幢大廈總樓面11.3282萬方呎，包括商業樓面2.8652萬方呎，以及商廈面積8.4626萬方呎，去年11月由恒基地產以約16.8億元售予大鴻輝集團，若以昨日盛傳約21億元易手，樓面呎價約1.85萬元，短短5個月升值25%，若能成交，成為同區商廈市場新指標。
