香港置業-陳子麟董事表示，售出單位為九龍灣得寶花園G座中層G2室，實用面積約282平方呎，屬1房間隔，望開揚景觀。陳子麟指，原業主以$360萬放售約3星期後，吸引新買家洽詢，雙方經議價後以$323萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$11,454。據悉，新買家為投資客，因單位價錢相宜，加上屋苑鄰近港鐵站，出租潛力優厚，故睇樓數次後決定承接上述單位。

據了解，原業主於2019年3月以$451.8萬購入單位。
