美聯物業九龍灣淘大花園分行高級分區營業經理黃家明表示，該行近日促成九龍灣得寶花園G座中低層08室，實用面積253平方呎，1房間隔，近日獲睇樓約一個月的外區上車客以$358萬購入，實用面積平均呎價約$14,150。

據悉，原業主於2016年7月以$292萬購入上述單位，持貨超過6年，帳面獲利$66萬，單位升值約23%。
