香港文匯報訊　美聯工商張威光表示，該行獲業主委託出售九龍灣宏冠道6號鴻力工業中心A座地廠單位。物業面積約2,073方呎，現正交吉意向以4,200萬元放售，每方呎叫價約20,260元。與此同時，單位以約9.6萬元放租，每平方呎叫租約46.3元，租金回報約2.7厘。上址周邊設不少地廠物業經已支付「容忍費」後，暫時更改用途作為汽車品牌陳列室。在協同效應下，附近已逐漸形成與汽車有關的業態區。
