梁美玲指,單位是宏照道33號國際交易中心高層01室,擁海景,建築面積約5,073方呎,新近以約14.2萬元承租,折合呎租約28元,與該廈平均呎租相若。梁氏指出,租戶為從事資訊科技區內用家。據了解,單位業主為恒生銀行於去年尾斥資逾15.7億元購入該廈共7層樓面作投資收租之用,現尚餘高層一個面積約1.7萬平方呎單位尚未租出。現時國際交易中心的租金水平介乎每平方呎28元至30元。
