九龍灣企業廣場呎價7082元

 座中層01室,建築面積約佔2,683平方呎,成交價約1,900萬元,呎價約7,082元,創該廈新高指標。中原(工商舖)黃旭偉表示,買家看好區內未來發展前景遂決定遷入東九龍。

 消息稱,資深投資者黎汝遠購入上環永安中心低層一單位,面積約3,000方呎,以成交呎價1.45萬元計算,成交價約4,350萬元。

尹柏權6億掃7地舖

 此外,土地註冊處資料顯示,資深投資者尹柏權以公司名義斥資3.06億元購入星展銀行兩舖,包括元朗大廈地下及1樓,面積3,581方呎,成交價為2.24億元,呎價約6.23萬元,登記買家為新達置業有限公司;而土瓜灣北帝街與馬坑涌道交界舖位,成交價為8,200萬元,面積約2,000方呎,呎價約4.14萬元,登記買家為匯恒置業有限公司。兩公司董事均為尹柏權。

 消息又指,尹柏權共以6億元購入星展銀行早前推出7個自用舖位,除兩項外還包括柴灣樂軒臺地舖、大角咀大同新邨地舖、大埔昌運中心、長洲及筲箕灣舖位。
