美聯物業沙田豪宅駿景園分行首席高級分區營業經理陳國志表示，該行新近促成一宗九肚山松柏花園成交，3房連雙套房間隔，實用面積約1,610平方呎，連車位。經過數度議價後，最終獲區內用家以$4,380萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$27,205。

據了解，原業主在2007年8月以約$2,390萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$1,990萬，物業升值約83.3%。
