樓市氣氛回暖，新盤交投明顯加快。九龍建業（0034）旗下、位於西營盤高街6號的半山名滙昨日（29日）以招標方式推售33伙，同日即售出29伙，單日套現逾2.1億元，平均成交呎價達約23,961元。

一房單位佔多　成交價高見1341萬

根據成交紀錄冊，昨日售出的29伙涵蓋21伙一房、4伙兩房、3伙三房及1伙特色戶，實用面積介乎257至462平方呎，成交價由555.2萬元至1,341萬元不等，折合呎價介乎21,600至29,026元。其中一組大手客一舉購入3伙，合共動用3,804萬元，當中包括成交價最高的28樓D室，實用面積462平方呎、兩房間隔，成交價1,341萬元，呎價29,025元。

一房戶型招標惹關注　未符地建會指引

是次標售單位以一房戶為主，惟根據地產建設商會早前向會員發出的招標指引：少於兩房的單位不應以招標形式出售。今次半山名滙的招標未有符合相關指引，不過地建會的指引僅供參考。
