　旗下全資附屬今日訂立臨時協議，以1,750萬元代價，出售長沙灣龍翔工業大廈五樓D室單位。單位面積7,896方呎，集團於2008年購入作其倉庫及辦公室。這項買賣將於10月26日或之前完成。買方將於緊隨完成交易後按月租6萬元將該物業租回予賣方。租期為期一年，並可於自2013年10月26日開始按相同租金續租一年。集團出售物業將錄收益903萬元。
