持續處於低水平，美聯商業營業董事蕭惠碧表示，剛促成灣仔港灣道鷹君中心高層逾9,000方呎海景戶租賃成交，呎租約68元，創項目成交呎租次高紀錄。

蕭氏指出，該單位為鷹君中心高層01至03室，面積約9,381方呎，早前以約63.8萬元成功租出，每平方呎租金約68元。新租客屬中資金融公司，眼見單位享有開揚的維港海景，加上深港通有望開通，因此決定租用上址擴充辦公室規模。

據美聯商業資料顯示，鷹君中心歷來最高成交呎租紀錄於8月錄得，當時約10,587平方呎的中層戶以約76萬元租出，每平方呎租金約72元。

合誠大廈14.5億放盤

此外，由湯姓投資者於2011年初以約5.8億元向中信泰富買入的銅鑼灣禮頓道合誠大廈放盤標售，意向價14.5億元，12月18日截標。中原(工商舖)商舖部副區域營業董事何潔釵表示，物業地盤面積3,186方呎，全幢總面積47,770呎。
