中環永昌樓連地舖逾6億易手

　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）土地註冊處資料顯示，中環皇后大道中53號商廈永昌樓全幢連地舖，以6.06億元易手，以物業總樓面約9,624方呎計算，呎價約6.3萬元。登記買家為都豐有限公司，公司董事為劉耀新。據了解，物業地盤面積約1,604方呎，樓高5層，及一個地舖，物業總樓面約9,624方呎，現時總租金收入約11萬元。

投資者3周摸出大坑舖賺300萬

　張姓資深投資者表示，旗下大坑施弼街9至11號地下A2舖，面積約700呎，及連700呎入則閣樓，以2,800萬元摸出。據悉，張氏約3周前以約2,500萬元購入，是次帳面獲利約300萬元，物業3周升值12%。

灣仔群策中層呎價9000元放售

　另外，美聯商業麥世強表示，灣仔杜老誌道群策大廈中層全層，面積約4,693平方呎，意向金額約4,224萬，呎價約9,000元，上址為該廈唯一放售的全層交吉放盤。
