資深投資者林子峰剛沽出觀塘創匯廣場及黃竹坑傲南廣場後，趁勢拆售中環皇后大道中99號中環中心39樓全層，意向呎價由41,000元起。
中原(工商舖)董事總經理潘志明表示，中環中心39樓提供12個寫字樓單位，面積由1,841方呎至3,140平方呎不等(未核實)，意向呎價約41,000元起，大部分可望維多利亞港無遮擋海景。
潘氏續稱，近期指標商廈頻頻錄得成交，如中環美國銀行中心高層07至08室，面積約2,659方呎(未核實)，以呎價約53,800元易手，成為該廈新高呎價。此外，中環中心早前推售的項目，不論是全層及分層散單位均錄得理想呎價，反映買家對中環中心投資潛力的肯定。
