中原:新界西樓價贏大市

帶動,中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,中原城市指數(CCI)自去年7月新增18個成分屋苑,新界西新增的屋苑全線錄得兩成以上升幅,高於新界東、九龍及港島新增屋苑的升幅。

新界西去年新增4個成分屋苑的按年升幅,均高於新界西CCL Mass全年21.3%的升幅,包括豫豐花園 (升33.7%)、蝶翠峰 (升27.3%)、碧堤半島 (升23.8%)及栢慧豪園 (升23.7%)。

新界東方面,去年7月新增的3個成份屋苑中,有2個屋苑的升幅跑贏新界東CCL Mass全年19.2%的升幅,包括皇府山及帝庭軒,分別按年上升31.4%及21.5%。

至於九龍只有星河明居及港景峰的按年升幅高於九龍CCL Mass的14.9%全年升幅,分別上升16.3%及15.1%。港島區去年新增的翰林軒按年升10.3%,落後同區CCL Mass的15.7%升幅。

去年7月新增18個中原城市指數成份屋苑中,15個為大型屋苑,3個為豪宅,一半屋苑升幅跑贏大市。
