新界西去年新增4個成分屋苑的按年升幅，均高於新界西CCL Mass全年21.3%的升幅，包括豫豐花園 (升33.7%)、蝶翠峰 (升27.3%)、碧堤半島 (升23.8%)及栢慧豪園 (升23.7%)。
新界東方面，去年7月新增的3個成份屋苑中，有2個屋苑的升幅跑贏新界東CCL Mass全年19.2%的升幅，包括皇府山及帝庭軒，分別按年上升31.4%及21.5%。
至於九龍只有星河明居及港景峰的按年升幅高於九龍CCL Mass的14.9%全年升幅，分別上升16.3%及15.1%。港島區去年新增的翰林軒按年升10.3%，落後同區CCL Mass的15.7%升幅。
去年7月新增18個中原城市指數成份屋苑中，15個為大型屋苑，3個為豪宅，一半屋苑升幅跑贏大市。
