中原後勤加薪4%

乏力，交投疲弱，不過有大公司仍願意與員工共享成果。本地龍頭代理行之一的中原地產，其管理層最新通過，明年旗下全線後勤一律加薪4%。根據有關機制，今年年首三季該行後勤已獲發1.3個月花紅，主任級或以上首三季花紅為1.95個月，首三季該公司已發放的花紅金額達1,200萬元。

今年首10個月，該行佣金錄約25億元，按年同期下跌約11.7%。中原地產亞太區住宅部總裁陳永傑表示，11月及12月將有多個大型新盤開售，料第四季業績將明顯較第三季進步。

該行亦指出，今年於環球股市波動，及加息陰霾下，物業成交明顯較去年減慢，其中二手市場成交量近冰封，惟公司於前線及後勤的努力下，迎難而上，過去三季皆錄得盈利。

美聯600萬谷滿名山世宙成績

另一代理行，今年一手盤旺場，美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明昨表示，該行今年至今已派出逾1,500萬元一手獎金，獎勵過去多個獲勝及成績超卓的新盤項目精英，如赤柱村道50號，天鑄，緻藍天，鑽嶺及Parkhill等亦勇奪銷售冠軍。該行亦已預留約600萬元獎金，贈予滿名山及世宙銷售精英，包括送出約70萬元的日本北海道旅行獎賞。
