上環甲廈呎價突破4萬

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）上環甲級商廈呎價首次突破4萬元。根據土地及公司註冊處資料，上環皇后大道中183號中遠大廈高層兩個單位合共以1.25億元易手，新買家為BLUEMARK INDUSTRIES COMPANY LIMITED，其公司董事為李紹明。

中遠2單位1.25億易手

據悉，該兩個單位面積合共3,079方呎，呎價40,598元，創大廈及該區呎價新高紀錄，亦為上環甲廈呎價首次突破4萬元。該物業於去年9月推出放售時，意向價約1.15億元，呎價約37,350元，今次成交價較意向價高出8.7%。

資料顯示，上環甲廈對上一個呎價紀錄為信德中心西翼中低層海景戶，上月初以呎價37,500元易手。
