香港文匯報訊（記者梁偉聰）資深投資者正八集團主席廖偉麟委託中原(工商舖)拆售上環南和行大廈，首先推出3層，以全層方式出售，分佈於12、18及27樓，每層面積約5,150方呎，售價5,665萬元至6,334.5萬元，呎價約1.1萬至1.23萬元。廖偉麟表示，有信心售出項目至少2層，又指將送贈一半釐印費及提供2年4厘租金回報保證。

正八集團有意投地發展

正八集團去年成立至今一年，廖偉麟表示，公司以投資全幢物業、舖位或拆售一籃子單位為主，去年投資額10億元，全年利潤為30%，資產值約28億元。預算今年將投資15億元，料四成投資寫字樓、三成舖位，另三成會嘗試投地成發展商，有意發展低密度住宅，主要物色港島及新界小規模低密度項目，預算銀碼約2億元至3億元。

對於市況，廖偉麟認為，加息步伐未必快，投資市場有望低位回升，會積聚一定購買力。他又提到早前萬科以呎價4,000餘元購入深水埗地皮屬「抵買」，但地皮規模對集團來說太大，故未有入標。
