隨著香港樓市逐漸回暖，永泰發展最新推出的上水住宅項目「雲向」（CLOUDVIEW），正式命名並計劃於下月推出市場。此新盤提供共765伙，單位面積介乎200至860平方呎，主打1房及2房戶型。

永泰執行董事兼銷售及市務總監鍾志霖透露，「雲向」將提供從開放式至3房單位，並將於短期內公布樓書，預計定價將參考大圍及沙田區的新盤價格。此外，該項目的目標客群主要為上水和粉嶺的家庭客戶及專才人士，並計劃於2027年3月31日前交付，樓花期約為29個月。

就目前的樓市情況，鍾志霖認為，新界區因供不應求，市場需求強勁。他預計，隨著內地政策及最新《施政報告》的推動，新界區的發展速度將超越其他地區。

「雲向」位於上水核心地段，鄰近港鐵上水站，交通便利，方便前往內地及香港各區。此外，該項目毗鄰粉嶺香港哥爾夫球會，未來住戶將享有開揚的高爾夫球場綠化景觀。

地皮資訊及投資成本

永泰於2021年投得位於粉錦公路與青山公路－古洞段交界的地皮（丈量約份第91約地段第4076號），當時的投資成本為26.168億元，每平方呎樓面地價約為9208元。
