一手方面，期內住宅車位買賣合約登記錄得541宗，總值4.26億元，較7月的365宗及3.72億元，分別上升48.2%及14.5%，宗數創十一個月新高，而金額是創七個月新高。顯示有業主積極車位拆售，帶動一手車位買賣急升。
二手方面錄得買賣合約登記376宗，總值2.94億元，較7月的310宗及2.46億元，分別上升21.3%及19.5%，宗數是創十九個月新高，而金額創十八個月新高。顯示樓市氣氛向好，市民對車位需求強勁，二手車位交投活躍。
期內錄得買賣登記最多的屋苑是新蒲崗康景樓，錄得476宗，總值3.81億元。其次是將軍澳日出康城，錄得22宗，總值2,570.0萬元。天水圍嘉湖山莊錄得20宗，排名第三位，總值1,093.5萬元。分區統計方面，九龍區錄得556宗，總值4.70億元。新界區錄268宗，總值1.75億元。香港區錄93宗登記，總值0.75億元。
