上月公屋買賣額創新高

樓市暢旺及低息持續,基層市民的置業意慾強勁,帶動二手公屋買賣連升兩個月。中原地產研究部昨日指出,5月二手公屋買賣合約登記錄得61宗,總值1.8488億元,較4月的57宗及1.8008億元,分別上升7.0%及2.7%。金額升穿2016年5月1.8484億元的舊紀錄,創出近十八年歷史新高,宗數是創2018年2月61宗後的三個月新高。

5月有2宗價值五百萬元以上的二手公屋買賣個案,並打入歷年十大高價成交榜之內。黃大仙下邨龍豐樓16樓單位,成交價595萬元,打破2017年11月份沙田顯徑邨顯德樓21樓單位的530萬元舊紀錄,創歷年新高。黃大仙東頭邨富東樓22樓的單位錄518.0萬元,創歷年第三高。

從屋苑來看,5月屯門良景邨錄得7宗買賣登記居首,其次是青衣長安邨,錄6宗。
