上月二手公屋買賣僅27宗

中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出，11月二手公屋買賣合約登記錄得27宗，總值5,813.7萬元，較10月分別大幅下跌40%及41.4%。宗數是創2013年6月27宗後的近兩年半按月新低，金額是創2013年12月5,164萬元後的近兩年按月新低。公屋交投連跌兩個月，顯示大市調整放緩，市民明顯減慢入市步伐，導致公屋市況轉淡。

11月價值300萬元或以上的二手公屋買賣登記錄得5宗。登記金額最高的個案是柴灣峰華邨曉峰樓17樓單位，成交價340萬元。次高是大埔太和邨居和樓14樓單位，以及黃大仙竹園北邨蕙園樓13樓單位，成交價同樣錄得320萬元。
