　隨著西港島線即將開通，投資者都把焦點放到該區商廈市場，美聯商業營業董事陳麗屏表示，獲業主委託招標上環干諾道西118號一洲國際廣場36樓至38樓及40樓的放售工作，意向售價6.9億元，呎價約1.3萬元。

　據了解，上述四層單位連同租約一併放售，每層面積13,265方呎，總面積53,060平方呎，與租約一併放售，截標日期為10月18日，允許分拆或一併購買。同一時間，業主亦放售3樓一共18個車位。

　陳氏續稱，干諾道西118號屬甲級寫字樓，可飽覽開揚海景，位於西隧港島段之出入口，毗鄰信德中心，方便來往機場、港澳碼頭及國內航線碼頭。另外，信德中心大部分海景物業現叫價已貼近每平方呎2.2萬元。
