政府極積推動住宅供應，近年新盤「貨倉」集中在將軍澳及元朗，屯門雖然不乏地皮待推，惟自2013年一手樓新例落實以來，區內新盤僅鐵路上蓋項目瓏門做獨市生意。然而，目前情況已不可同日而語，據統計，今年區內新盤供應約2800伙，一、二手對撼情況將會呈現眼前。

嘉里新地各持逾千供應

要數供應較大的項目，不得不提屯門掃管笏限量地，該地盤於2012年由嘉里以27.39億元奪得，地盤可建樓面約93.96萬呎，限量興建不少於1,100伙，平均單位面積約854呎。雖然發展商至今仍未公布進一步部署，然而市場預期今年其有望趁一手市旺推售。

此外，龍頭發展商新地去年密密增加土儲，在屯門區共斥資逾14億元，先後「擸下」景秀里及良德街限量地，預計提供至少1,025伙。至於毗鄰震寰路與良德街交界限量地，則由南豐發展，提供至少370伙。

新界西北新晉豪宅亦不容小覷，華懋旗下已屆現樓項目琨崙已獲入伙紙，發展商早前表示擬於今年第2季尾開售，項目提供少於100伙。越秀地產旗下青泰路洋房項目命名為BIARRITZ，涉及3間獨立屋，預期於今年3月落成，可望年內推出。
