一太工商舖佣金增收50%

 香港文匯報訊 (記者 周穎) 工商舖物業於今年價量齊升,代理亦受惠。第一太平戴維斯袁志光表示,該行投資部今年至今,代理佣金收入達3億元,創有史以來新高,較去年2億元佣金收入,勁升50%。

 至於住宅部,該行旗下全職員工有底薪,但兼職員工則不設底薪,據他了解,將有三分一或一半同事會考慮轉為無底薪的員工。集團台灣及新加坡目前已經採用此無底薪模式。

 受環球經濟不景影響,中環區超甲級寫字樓亦受影響。市場消息指出,中環國際金融中心二期,目前每呎淨租金約120元,空置率約10%,重返2010年年初水平。

 市場消息指出,投資者吳金福夥拍董偉華以2.35億元,購入九龍建業旗下新文華中心1樓40個舖位。仲量聯行證實,港島東恒生西灣河大廈全幢,以近5.7億元易手,買家為本地發展商,估計購入作重建用途。另外,美聯商業周永亨表示,投資者紀寶斥資約1.19億元購入灣仔新銀集團中心30樓全層,總面積7,388方呎,呎價16,107元,創該廈新高。
