　極速沽貨的新高價成交。中原地產黎宗文表示，沙田第一城36座高層G室成交，建築面積389平方呎，實用面積307平方呎，連租約以333萬元易手，建築平均呎價8,560元。沙田第一城1月暫錄約102宗成交，屋苑對上一次破百宗成交已為去年2月；屋苑現錄約350個放盤，不少業主心雄，反價封盤。

漁暉苑藍天海岸呎價破頂

　香港仔居屋漁暉苑新近連環錄得新高價成交，中原地產周世康表示，E座中層5室，建築面積502平方呎，實用面積419平方呎，成交價390萬元，創屋苑成交價新高，建築呎價7,769元，實用呎價9,308元，由用家購入。屋苑E座低層6室，建築面積460平方呎，實用面積374平方呎，以360.8萬元成交，建築及實用呎價分別為7,843元及9,647元，呎價創屋苑新高。

　中原地產彭少忠表示，青衣藍澄灣2座高層D室，建築面積961平方呎，實用面積690平方呎，成交價645萬元，創屋苑分層單位新高。買家為外區換樓客。中原地產鍾慧儀表示，藍天海岸1座高層G室，建築面積550平方呎，實用面積399平方呎，放盤僅3日獲買家承接，成交價443.8萬元，建築呎價8,069元，實用呎價11,123元，呎價創屋苑新高。
