New Home Ownership Scheme Flats
The 600 new HOS flats on Sheung Lok Street will be available for sale as early as next year. That said, it is possible that their selling prices will be too high for lucky draw winners to afford. In addition, the population of the area has been rapidly increasing, which may take a toll on the residents’ living quality.

Transport Network
Apart from Ho Man Tin MTR station, the Ho Man Tin Public Transport Interchange also has a number of buses and minibuses, with routes to various parts of Hong Kong including Wan Chai, Admiralty, Central, Sheung Wan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hung Hom, Kowloon City, Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong, Mong Kok and Sham Shui Po.

School Net
Ho Man Tin’s primary school net is No.34, which includes the Diocesan Boys' School Primary Division, Heep Yunn Primary School, and Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) Primary School. Its secondary school net belongs to Kowloon City, with such schools as Homantin Government Secondary School, La Salle College, Maryknoll Convent School, Diocesan Boys' School, and Pui Ching Middle School. International and ESF schools include the Stamford American School, Galilee International School and King George V School. Special needs institution Jockey Club Sarah Roe School is also nearby. The area has two higher education institutions: the Open University of Hong Kong and Tung Wah College.
