School net

The district belongs to primary school net 62, with the Hong Kong Baptist Convention Primary School, Kwai Ming Wu Memorial School of the Precious Blood, and the Tsuen Wan Public Ho Chuen Yiu Memorial Primary School. Its secondary school net belongs to Tsuen Wan District, which includes the Tsuen Wan Government Secondary School and Ho Fung College.

Transportation hub

Tsuen Wan is an extremely convenient area to live in. There is a wide range of transportation methods going in and out of Tsuen Wan including MTR, bus, minibus as well as ferries. The Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier can take you across to Ma Wan.

Air and noise pollution

There are several developments in progress around Tsuen Wan West Station, and the adjacent industrial area will be converted into a residential complex in the future, hence the district will have a string of continuous construction. On the other hand, emissions from nearby factories and large numbers of heavy duty trucks from logistics companies based in Tsuen Wan create air and noise pollution problems for the area.
