It aims at building a cohesive society by promoting strategic partnerships among business and social service partners and inspiring corporate social responsibility through caring for the community, employees and the environment. To be recognised as Caring Company, the participating enterprise and organisation had to fulfil a minimum of two criteria under each of the three scopes namely Caring for the Community, Caring for the Employees and Caring for the Environment; to qualify in the "List of Barrier-free Companies/Organisations", which was newly created in recent years, the participating company and organisation had to fulfil two scopes, namely Barrier-free Environment and Barrier-free Communication.
