Driven by the sale of Trinity Towers,High Point in Cheung Sha Wan also sold five units,Riva and Park Signature in Yuen Long have sold three units and two units respectively,as for DIVA in North Point,The Avenue in Wan Chai and MOUNT PARKER RESIDENCES in Quarry Bay have sold one unit respectively.
Yesterday at Fortune Metropolis Mall,Hung Hom, sales offices have seen,there are people queuing at 8:00am in the morning,as of 10:30am,explosion has forced the sales office.Cheung Kong executive director Chiu Kwok Hung together with a number of real estate agents and prospective buyers have started a computer balloting at 11:30 am.Chiu Kwok Hung refers to using the new bar-code system for the balloting ,so do not need to contrast the name of the buyer and identity one by one,the simplify procedures will be improved the efficiency,the entire ballot process is very smooth and it is estimated that there are a total of over a thousand buyers have attended the scene.

The buyers from Kowloon have bought 2 units in HKD $1.3 ten million
Trinity Towers have launched out the 216 units on sale yesterday,of which more than 40 units are with one-bedroom interval and the remaining units are with three-bedroom interval,of which there are a number of buyers who bought the units with a large amount of capital.Chief Executive Officer of Midland Realty Residential Pu Siu ming said that there is a group of buyers from Kowloon have entered 15 votes for the sale of Trinity Towers in the earlier days and have chosen two units with three-bedrooms interval for self-use successfully yesterday,involving a total of about HKD $1.3 ten million.He said that the buyers of Trinity Towers from Midland Realty have recorded an attendance rate of over 70%,as used Midland Realty buyers for statistical,80% accounted for the home-users,about 60% of the buyers come from Kowloon,30 % of the buyers from the New Territories,as for the rest of the buyers are from Hong Kong Island.
Pu Siu Ming pointed out that the hot sale of Trinity Towers have reflected if the developers launched out the sale together with the good prices which lower than the second-hand property prices,the buyers who are willing to buy the property with a cheaper prices would come and buy the properties,so it have reflected the market still have demand for home-purchase.
Boost the overall trading atmosphere
Centaline President of Asia Pacific Residential Department Chan Wing Kit said that Trinity Towers have launched out the sale yesterday,the buyers from it's group have recorded over 400 groups of buyers attending the scene,the proportion of buyers for home-use have recorded over eighty percent.Geographical distribution by buyers,50% of the buyers are come from Kowloon,40% of the buyers are come from New Territories and 10% of the buyers are come from the Hong Kong Island which reflecting the offer of Trinity Towers was attractive,prompting many buyers choose to move out from the New Territories and bought the units in Kowloon for personal use.
Asked the sale of Trinity Towers will have impact on the second-hand property market,he refers to since the the sale of Trinity Towers have opened the asking prices,which cause the second-hand properties in the same area fell 70% immediately.The sale of Trinity Towers was quite satisfied today,so it will lead the overall trading atmosphere and some of the buyers will come back to the second-hand property market,so it is expected that the trading of the ten-top housing estates have a great opportunity to be increased by 20% this weekend.
